Auli Also known as Auli Bugyal, Auli is a Ski resort destination and a hill station in the Chamoli district of the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. A white winter wonderland, Auli is famous for its Ski resorts, Ski slopes and Ski events that are organised every winter. The best season to visit Auli is all through out the year. Tourist attraction in Auli is Snow Skiing and is best during November to March. May to November offers cool and pleasant climate and the right period to spend relaxing moments in the outdoors. December to February is snow bound and chilly.
The nearest town auli is Joshimath, Auli is accessible by a road and cable car and is also close to two of the most coveted destinations of India, which is Badrinath a Hindu pilgrimage site, the Valley of Flowers, with its alpine flora and wildlife like snow leopards and red foxes. and It’s surrounded by coniferous and oak forests, plus the Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains.
