Jal Mahal

In the centre of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur, the Indian state of Rajasthan’s capital city, there stands a palace called Jal Mahal. The palace was initially built in 1699; however, Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber subsequently rebuilt and expanded both the palace and the lake that surrounded it.
